1. Eligibility

• You may use AppAmbit if you are legally permitted to do so in your country of residence.
• If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use AppAmbit with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
• Notify us immediately at hello@appambit.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Services

• AppAmbit provides an open source SDK and hosted services, including build distribution, telemetry, and analytics.
• Some features may be free during beta. Paid plans may be introduced later and will be clearly disclosed before you are charged.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the services.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Reverse engineer or copy the services, except where open source licensing expressly allows.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to AppAmbit systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt service operation or security.

5. Intellectual Property

• AppAmbit retains ownership of all rights, titles, and interests in its services, software, and trademarks.
• You retain ownership of the applications, code, and content you upload or deliver through the services.
• By using the services, you grant AppAmbit a license to process, store, and transmit your data solely to provide the services.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

• If paid subscriptions are offered, the fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms will be provided at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Payments are processed by third-party providers; AppAmbit does not store payment card details.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Privacy

• AppAmbit collects and processes data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• We do not sell user data to third parties.

8. Service Availability

• We strive to maintain reliable services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• Outages or maintenance may occur.

9. Disclaimers

The services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AppAmbit disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• AppAmbit shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AppAmbit from claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
