* Telemetry Storage is storage for the diagnostic data AppAmbit collects from your app (crashes, events, sessions, logs). The Database Module is a separate SQL database your app writes to directly through our SDK, metered independently and off by default.
On paid plans with overages enabled, you'll be billed for additional usage at the overage rates shown above. You can set hard caps in your dashboard to prevent unexpected charges. On the Free plan, functionality is paused until the next billing cycle or you upgrade.
Yes. You can upgrade instantly and get prorated access to higher limits. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Every SDK call that sends data to AppAmbit, including events, logs, crashes, and sessions - counts as one API request. Dashboard views do not count unless you use live view.
The Free plan is permanently free and includes all core features. You can fully evaluate AppAmbit before deciding to upgrade.

Telemetry Storage is used for structured diagnostic data such as events, logs, crash reports, and session metadata. File Storage is for binary files like app builds, log files, attachments, and symbol files.
Telemetry Storage is where AppAmbit stores the diagnostic data your app sends us - crash reports, events, sessions, logs. The App Database is a SQL database your app writes to directly through our SDK, for your own data: users, content, orders, anything your app needs to persist. They're metered separately because they're different things.
No. The Database Module is off by default. Enable it from your dashboard if you want a backend SQL database your app can use through our SDK. If you never enable it, the Database Queries, Rows Read/Written, and App DB Storage meters never tick and don't affect your bill.
Cloud Code runs your own serverless functions on AppAmbit, triggered by HTTP or from your app's SDK. It's included on paid plans (Starter and up) and metered on two dimensions: invocations (each function run) and compute in GB‑seconds (function memory × execution time, the same unit cloud providers use). Each plan includes a monthly allotment of both; beyond that you pay only the overage rates above. Builds are included, you're billed for running functions, not deploying them.
